We send out all orders with tracked shipping. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. This will update throughout the shipping journey up to the destination.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK) or 31 days (International), since your order date via our live chat or contact page, confirming your full name and shipping address.

UK Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard delivery. We will usually dispatch orders before 2pm on the same day and should be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Express Shipping (1-3 days) is available for £5.99.

International shipping: We ship all over Europe at a standard charge of £14.99

Most of our items will fit through your letterbox so no need to worry about being home for your delivery.

If you have ordered a large number of items, please note that your order may be sent out in multiple packages.
